Happy Paws Boarding Kennel at 321 Lake Joy Road, Perry, Georgia.

Called Jan on a Sunday at 4pm (a day earlier than our scheduled pick up) to let her know I was going to pick up my dog within her 5-6pm pick up window. She refused to give me my dog, and said if she did that she would be working on a Sunday. And said that its a "psycological thing" for her to not do work on Sundays. So I am taking that as in she does NO work on Sundays, meaning no clean water, feeding, no other drop offs and pick ups, just absoulty no dog interaction. We did business often and thought this kennel was a great fit, until the 1 time our schedule changed (and having an infant 1 time out of the 4-5 times we placed our dog in the kennel is pretty good). I get it if she was out of town and wasn't home or if I gave her a 10-15 minute window, but the kennel is 50ft behind her home. Last time we will do business, as there are many other options in the area to consider. As much as I want to leave a 1 star review, I just cant since she did take care of my dog the other 4-5 times with no problem (so I believe).
