    Of I could give 0 stars I would.
    They act like they care and want to work with u when u lose ur job and then when u are at ur weakest point call and start harassing u. Nothing but rude tactics from day 1. Been trying to contact the manager to make a complaint for 3 days now, and won't even take a payment from my spouse.
    Go up the street to Franklin Financial.
